1 General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 43winph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 43winph website at 43winph.co (the "Website").

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 43winph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 43winph is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines. You may be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 43winph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with AML best practices.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method but 43winph targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during business hours.
• 43winph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

43winph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own charges, for which 43winph bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

43winph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period and will be removed from the account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 43winph — including slots, live casino, table games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 43winph is determined by certified and independently audited RNG software. 43winph does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 43winph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. No winnings will be paid on a game round voided due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 43winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

43winph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 43winph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

43winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 43winph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Website at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 43winph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
